Administrative Assistant

New Success is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who has a good attendance record, reliable, able to work in a team environment, and has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry with QuickBook
  • Answering phones
  • Other general office duties

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

  • Must have working knowledge of excel, word, and Internet.
  • Knowledge of QuickBook is an asset but not necessary
  • Experience in a receptionist’s role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have access to a vehicle and be able to work on a few evenings or on weekends.
