Administrative Assistant
New Success is seeking a part-time Administrative
Assistant who has a good attendance record, reliable, able
to work in a team
environment,
and has excellent
communication
skills (both written and verbal).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry with QuickBook
- Answering phones
- Other general office duties
Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
- Must have working knowledge of excel, word, and Internet.
- Knowledge of QuickBook is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in a receptionist’s role

Strong communication skills
- Have access to a vehicle and be able to work on a few evenings or on
weekends.
